Time for check-in and check-out
- Time of check-in: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (late check-in guests are requested to not make noise to disturb others).
- Time to leave: 11:00 AM (Those who are leaving early for Kedarnath ji or any other sightseeing etc, will have to check-out at the time of leaving our premises).
- At check-in, please present an original Aadhar Card or passport; all other forms of identification will not be accepted.
Power Reserve / Power Back-Up
- An alternative power supply using a diesel generator is offered in the absence of the main electricity supply.
- The only times that generator-powered electricity is available are from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM and from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Room heaters and geysers are not compatible with backup power sources.
ROOMS SERVICE AND MEALS INFO
- Our resort does not offer room service.
- Only the dining hall serves meals.
- In the room, only tea and coffee are served.
- Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00.
- 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. is the tea hour.
- Packet breakfast will be provided for early check-out guests (Sandwich and Poha only).
Etiquette
- The resort’s staff and management kindly ask that guests treat them with respect and refrain from acting inappropriately around them.
- Threats, coercion, abuse, or displays of dominance of any kind will be regarded as offensive and reported to the government law authorities.
Using ASSETS
- Visitors are urged to use the resort’s resources carefully. The towels and other linens should not be used to wipe off lipstick, hair colour, nail polish, food items, greasy hands, shoes, luggage, etc.
- If an item is discovered to be dirty at check-out, kindly pay cash for it and take it with you.
- Any item that is damaged, stolen, or lost will be charged in cash.
Billing
- Please pay off all outstanding debts before leaving.
- If the reservation was made through a travel agent, check-out will only be possible once the agent has paid all outstanding balances.
COMPLAINTS
- Please notify the front office manager of any complaints, and also send an email to vsrana@yatracompany.com with your reservation information, the issue, and the staff member’s name.
- We promise to act on it and make improvements to our services.
Accommodation for Drivers
- The drivers are not accommodated by us. In the covered dining area outside the kitchen, only free meals are provided to the drivers.
- You can stay in nearby guest houses for a fee, at your own expense.
